Gold Hill Mesa’s residential neighborhood is interconnected by parks and green streets all leading to The Exchange at the heart of the development. Located to be easily walkable, this community center features a mail room, community bulletin board and coffee station. Additionally, residents come here to read the paper by the fireplace, swap books from a small library or engage in neighborly competition on the pool table or in a chess match.
There’s a lot going on at Gold Hill Mesa – past events have included neighborhood garage sales, guitar nights, potlucks, grand openings and holiday parties. Homeowners have started activity groups and clubs as a way of exploring their passions and connecting with neighbors. This next year we have even more events planned for the public and the Gold Hill Mesa community – sign up and be the first to hear about upcoming events and news.
Residents can reserve use of a small or large conference room in The Exchange for club or business meetings. The lower level features a large event area with fireplace, couches and tables for celebrations and events. This convenience was designed to encourage connections and the exploration of passions while living out life close to home. Usage is by reservation only and subject to approval based on event type and damage deposit submittal.
This is truly a place to live, work and play: future development of The Exchange will include small 1-3 person office / technology suites. This space will be ideal for small satellite offices or as a quiet place to work, dream and design. Enjoy state-of-the-art connectivity on our fiber optic infrastructure and use of the building’s conference rooms and event area. Sign up to be on the waiting list and receive more information as it’s available.
Just shy of an acre, Gold Hill Mesa’s Central Park at The Exchange is the perfect place to play with the kids or the dog. Or to just relax under the sun – did you know Colorado’s Front Range gets 249 days of sun each year? In addition to Central Park, green streets and pocket parks are interspersed throughout the community, creating common areas where neighbors can connect and kids can play safely within close proximity of their homes.
Anchoring The Exchange courtyard, this work of art is reminiscent of a perfect fall day, when trees are vibrant with color and leaves are just starting to fall. Standing 18 feet tall and featuring several surprises for the viewer to discover, Michael James Theisen’s “Steel Autumn” represents the preservation and beauty of our past and our vision towards the future. Don’t miss the chance to experience this masterpiece on your next visit!
